We focus on storefront and commercial glass, so we don't take on high-rise tower work ourselves. For high-rise window cleaning we partner with the specialists at Forton Co (fortonco.com) — reach out to them for multi-story buildings.

We focus on glass — storefronts and commercial offices. We don't do general janitorial work like trash pickup or floor waxing.

Every property is different, so there's no flat rate. Your quote depends on the size of the glass, its condition, and the service you need — and getting one is always free.

Most of the time we clean with gentle, mild solutions. For stubborn stains or buildup we may reach for something stronger, but we always keep it mild on interior glass.

For storefronts we usually recommend a recurring route — many shops go monthly, or even weekly, depending on the foot and vehicle traffic near the glass. For other commercial clients, every one to three months keeps everything looking sharp. Larger commercial properties should have their windows cleaned at least once a year at a minimum.

Yes — most jobs include interior and exterior glass. Let us know if you only need one side and we'll quote accordingly.

It depends on the glass. For most windows we use a squeegee with a mild solution and a scrubber or pad. For high or hard-to-reach panes we switch to a water-fed pole, which cleans with pure water jetted through the brush head. We scrub, rinse with pure water, and let the glass dry spot-free — no soap residue and no ladders leaning on your building.
